Jason Wahler, a TV personality and actor, is a recovery advocate who has battled addiction and mental health issues. He has appeared on shows such as MTV'S Laguna Beach, The Hills, Celebrity Rap Superstar, and The Hills: New Beginnings. Jason's dedication to raising awareness on substance abuse and mental health has led to partnerships with advocates such as Dr. Drew, Dr Headrick and Tim Storey. He received recognition for his advocacy work, including the Voice of Recovery Award in 2017. In 2021, he helped provide over $1 million in treatment scholarships through his work with The Red Songbird Foundation. Jason and his wife, Ashley, have a successful YouTube show called "THE JAWS DIARIES" where they share their journey of tackling these issues while raising a family. He is a guest speaker, spokesperson, and recovery advocate who works with media outlets, schools, and organizations to promote addiction education and prevention. Jason serves on the boards of the Los Angeles Mission and Cure Addiction Now, and is currently the Director of development for the Change Your Brain Foundation and recovery advocate with "Alyst Health". His involvement in the recovery community has allowed him to be a resource for thousands of individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
